If you are locked out of your room or property, the lockout policy is the following:
- If you have been locked out of your room or property, your first point of contact should be your “house manager” or the person in the house who has arranged for a spare set of house keys for lockouts
- If you don’t have a designated person at your property and would like one, please email us at info@mosaic-msc.com or call our office number (323) 733-2258
- If your house manager is not available and it is during normal business hours, Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm, you can call our office number (323) 733-2258 for lockout assistance
- If your house manager is not available and it is outside of normal business hours, you will have to call a locksmith. A list of highly rated locksmiths provided by Yelp.com can be found on the link below.
